Do not waste ur time doing business with them. The agents lie and then say Im not sure why my colleague lied to u I will ensure they are dealt with

This is the second year in a row that Shutterfly has done as absolutely awful job on the envelope addressing for my Christmas cards. Over 20 of the envelopes had the top half of the lettering cut off, off center, half of the recipients name missing, etc.

I contacted customer service and their first offer was to give me 3 8X11 prints. I told them that I didn't need enlargement prints, but I needed my Christmas envelops to be re-printed correctly. They agreed, but sent them with no rush or any sense or care or urgency. Complete apathy to a very legitimate customer issue.

So, over a week and a half later the new one arrive, and they are the exact same!!! Apparenlty there is absolutely no one overseeing quality control at Shutterfly. Customer service has been absolutely awful each time I've contacted them.

They are extremely slow to respond, not well trained or equipped to handle issues, and altogether apathetic and unhelpful. Never again.

They didn't process my order, they made a mistake on a time sensitive, expensive Christmas card order and they didn't make it write by getting it to me in time. It was nearly impossible to speak to a manager in the US.

Don't use this company, so expensive and very, very poor customer service. They don't care about customers.

I ordered family picture Christmas cards to be delivered 12-19-23. They came on that day but they were NOT my cards. They were another family's cards. I contacted them tge very next morning. They were not open since they are on PST. I was finally able to communicate via a chat. The rep was very nice but his only resolution was to refund me and RUSH my delivery with the DELIVERY DATE of DEC 26th. My cards are CHRIStMAS cards. I order from Shutterfly every year and have done so for graduation announcements christmas cards etc. for 20 years spending $100-500 EVERY YEAR. Unacceptable! No mistake on my part with the order. It had my name and address correct but wrong cards

It took calling two times and being on phone along time with my first call. Then only to find out by Email the new order of Christmas cards (first order was never received so they were going to reorder them) which he was going to expedite order was not coming till Dec 21. After calling again after weekend because couldn’t reach anyone before that was told after I insisted on speaking to someone higher than person who answered my call, that the person who I had talked to before had NOT expedited the order. Only put thru as normal delivery. Suppose to get now on the 14th. I’m not to positive they will come then!!
