Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I am STILL waiting on Christmas cards promised to me days ago and ordered weeks ago. Every person I wait hours to speak to lies and tells they'll be here THE DAY I speak to them.

I've called 4 days in a row. Today, I never even got a call back as requested. They couldn't care less that my cards aren't here, and none of their so-called customer service representatives can even tell me WHERE in the world my cards are! The shipping number they provide is bogus.

UPS says no such shipment exists. I had a choice for my son's first Christmas and cards, and I obviously made a horrible mistake. They've ruined something I can never get back. My refund doesn't get me his first Christmas cards to friends and family BEFORE Christmas.

Heck, before NEW YEARS at this point. I'm literally sick about this. I could've ordered from ANYWHERE else and had them weeks ago. NEVER AGAIN will I use Shutterfly or even Tiny Prints, another of their companies that I've used for many things since my son was born.

NEVER AGAIN.

I'm also reporting them to the BBB. They've messed with the wrong mama.
