Shutterfly charged me more than I authorized
I received a $10 off offer from Shutterfly as new customer. I applied the code & $10 was deducted from my total.
Two days later, my order got shipped & my bill is $10 more than when I checked out. I contacted their CS. The rep. asked me to click on the e-mail that gave me the code, then asked me to click on the fine print at the bottom of the e-mail & then asked me to click on a link at the end of the fine print.
After three clicks, she told me that according to the term I was not qualified for the promotion & the code I input had been removed -- that means they charged me the amount that I did NOT authorize! Shutterfly sent me the code to use, then removed it AFTER I made my payment! I was totally trapped & can't believe that this business would use such dirty trick to make money. I closed my account right away.
Stay away! Their offers are full of traps -- make sure you read their fine lines of fine lines of fine lines if you REALLY want to use their service.
