Not sure what has happened in the last 3 years. Used Shutterfly since 2010 to print calenders and they were great.
Last year 1/2 of the pages had printed misaligned and had a 1/4" - 1/2" white stripe on the right side. Called them to return them and they said they would just reprint them. Huh? How can it be efficient to not proofread them first and them reprint the entire order?
Just opened our order for this year and SAME THING - 1/2 the pages misprinted but they will redo the order and expedite new ones to us.
The weird thing is that they don't even want us to send photos to show them what is wrong so it must be a known problem. Will look elsewhere next year not worth the time or frustration to deal with a company that has no quality control.
