Original price is $113. When I add the 40%off everything promo I watch the price increase at checkout to $162 so essentially there is zero savings. Is this legal?

ALL of my photos were messed up!!!

After cropping and ensuring that all of my photos would be cropped to fit into Shutterfly’s modification and they still came out wrong. I am very upset and would like my money back.

I have been trying to cancel my order and it would not let me when I clicked the link in my email it was done by accident. It took the money out of my account also.

In less than 24 hrs after my order I I sent a change of request to change my color canvas from black to color tone and haven’t gotten a response. I also mentioned if my request was to late that I was ok with it because of my change of mind. I still haven’t gotten a response

Missing part of order

My order did not arrive. I have 2 orders still pending to arrive. Tracking only shows one of the orders to be delivered tomorrow and the other order is not mentioned. It shows that it has been in Opa Locka Florida since June 11.

I have been a shutterfly customer for years. I have always been pleased with my orders. This week I received a package with 3 custom Christmas ornaments that I had planned to give as gifts.When I previewed them and ordered them all 3 photos looked perfect on the ornament. When they arrived, one was completely off center and two had people missing from the photo on the right hand side. I hit the chat button on the website, was connected to someone who I assume doesn't speak english. He had a hard time understanding that I wanted all three replaced and rushed to me. I ended up being told to reorder on the website and use a credit he was applying to my Shutterfly account. When I asked about the rush shipping charge he told me to call the customer service line and they would rush my order to me. He failed to tell me that I could only use one free ornament credit per order and it requires a promo code which I don't have. I then called the customer service number, got another person who doesn't speak english. !0 minutes later he finally understands my email address, puts me on hold for 10 minutes , comes back and says they are reprinting my ornaments. I asked when they will arrive and he said the credit will appear on my account for me to order them so I was right back where I started. The website sends you in circles if you ask for return information, or an email address. It never gives answers you can actually use. I would not recommend using the chat line or phone number as they were very unhelpful. I was able to find a customer service email address after a Google search and sent an email. I got an automated reply email back that said please contact customer service on their website. The circle continues ....

My photos were of terrible quality, even though I have never had that problem before! Some were just fine- but many others were blurry and dark, even though they had similar lighting and were from the same camera! I have never had a problem with online print orders from Walmart, CVS, etc. EVER. This is Shutterfly, period. NEVER AGAIN.

After waiting on hold for over an hour I was told they couldnt alter the template, okay. Then said I could re-create it from a blank though, okay. Next day... I cant figure out how to do that... back in the chat box. Aster 30 min waiting I got a person who verified I cant do that. But, he gave me a fair adjustment for my order. Thats the Shutterfly I know! Order mistake

I ordered a Sherpa blanket that was to have 36 photos in the shape of a moon, it was for my wife for Mothers Day, when the blanket arrived it was blank, as in without a single photo.
