I Spent 5 hours on their interface developing a gift - a photo book- for my wife on September 17th. Was told it would take a week then ship.

It's October 5th now. In communication I've been told "Oh it must be lost in the mail- we'll re-ship". Reshipping didn't happen either- twice requested a refund of close to $100 spent on this- finally told it would take a few weeks to process. How can that take so long also?

What games are you playing with your customers? Do you create the illusion of product without actually fulfilling it? I now read the same thing has happened to others.

Never again- you missed my wife's birthday, you took 5 hours from me I can't replace. How the *** do you stay in business?
