I had Shutterly show their sale price on a large canvas print. After creating the canvas and entering in my credit info (the total price showing the SALE price for the canvas) and it processed my card...Shutterfly charged me FULL PRICE.
I wouldn't have ordered the canvas at full price because it was so expensive.
When I called customer service I spoke with a rep then a supervisor and they wouldn't refund the difference because "the order was already placed." I feel scammed. I run an art shop and I'll be telling my customers to never order from Shutterfly again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $36.
Shutterfly Cons: Customer service, That the offers were not as expected or led to believe.
