I'm so glad I looked at this site. I had a coupon for a free calendar all I had to pay for was shipping. I was so excited to see my calendar when it arrived but I got nothing no photos just a blank calendar they got me. I would email them but after seeing these horrible reviews why bother. They saw me coming and they are laughing!

I received dollar off coupons for shutterfly only to be told that I will basically never get to use them. This is because if there is ever a promotion (the only time I'd buy) I can't use my earned coupon. Customer service told me this arrangement is so the customer can easily understand. Whatever that means.
