I was #77 on wait list. The company does not included removing text/sms messaging under online communication preference so individual can STOP texts. The text message also does not allow user to unsubscribe VERY POOR customer support

The person that I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I feel like he went out of his way to correct the problem. He did ask for a text that Shutterfly had sent me stating that the promo code expired on September 15, 2024. I complied with that request, and he was able to help me and I was very happy and thankful.

1st the AI shuffled me off to a web link to supposedly learn how to edit cropping on my cell but it wanted a 49 membership before hooking me up for an answer. BS
THEN I called back, got connected to a live agent who said I needed to update the app but could save my 355 selected pics in the cart. Delete the app. Reinstall the app and properly crop the saved pics in the cart. When I got back in, they were all gone. I ordered from Snapfish.
