Their app does not allow you to cancel your order and their 30 minute cancellation time frame is ridiculous. I was on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to be helped and then they pulled the "I'm sorry ma'am but we are not able to process your request because it's been over the 30 minute cancellation time"....I wasn't able to be helped because they had high call volumes and the people kept transferring me around like my problem was hard to understand....All I needed was a change of address and they acted like it was SOOOOOO hard for them to put the address as my new address other than my old address.
I had changed it multiple times, but the application kept reverting it back to my old address.
They also charged my card THREE times :( I contacted them and now they are not responding. I am extremely disappointed in the service that they have provided (or didn't).
