I ordered graduation announcements for my son and paid for the guaranteed delivery time. They did not come in on the guaranteed date and when I called the customer service was not good.

She said they did everything on their part to get them out on time and it was UPS's fault. Really? I asked her what the definition "guaranteed" meant on their web site. I would have used a different site it I had to wait 3 more days to get them.

She refunded the shipping costs, but it appears that they could care less about backing up their promise. They are suppose to be coming in today.

I hope they look ok. I won't every do business with them again.
