Don't trust Shutterfly with your photo book!!!
I wanted to create a photo book for my son for his high school graduation present. After working on it for several weeks and finding the perfect pictures for each page, I attempted to put it in my cart.
Something went wrong during that process, so I tried to go back and open the book and put it in my cart again... only to find out that whenever I tried to open the book, I got an error. Shutterfly customer service says that it is a known problem with one of the promotions they were running. Apparently, I'm not the only one suffering right now.
They keep saying that it will be fixed, but when??? Graduation is in 3 days and now I have nothing. I realize that this is a first world problem, but it is so completely disappointing that I spent so much time on something that will most likely never be.
I will never use Shutterfly again. All done.

Monetary Loss: $500.
