Tried creating my account and it would not accept the password. Site Kept telling me to change it!
So I Tried that, several times. I Hit “change password”. Didn’t work! So I Sent email to customer service.
It Said I had to wait 4 hours so I did and it was the same response..it didn’t work. I have two things picked out. It it does not possible to place the order. It is very disappointing but it’s a terrible site.
Now they’re telling me I didn’t include enough information!
Don’t know whT I can tell you...wanted the items for my sister’s 50th anniversary. I will have to try a different app.
There is nothing easy about any of this.
