Shutterfly - Going downhill
I used Shutterfly for years, but I just had my 4th problem this year and have been waiting 3 days for customer service to get back with me after they "review" my complaint. What has happened to their company this year?
I received another person's photo book instead of my own in July and the customer service rep tried arguing with me that it could never happen. I assured her that yes, it did! I received a stranger's bridal shower book instead of my son's summer camp book. Which concerns me that strangers could get my products!
Then, an entire print order never arrived. I dreaded contacting them and considered placing a duplicate order because getting through to customer service is a nightmare. 3rd, I made a calendar for a grandparent's Christmas gift. And, it arrived with dates and info that I never inserted!
Now, I have to pay to ship it back so they can "verify" before they decided if they will credit my card back or not. I doublechecked my proof and it looked the way I laid it out and does not match what they sent me.
And, I have another print order currently MIA. It shows being transferred from UPS to USPS on November 14, 2017 and then nothing else shows on the tracking link.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
