to a corporate raider? Because their site has gone downhill over the last year.

I do about 2 travel books through them a year for about 5 years now and I have really noticed a lot of frustrating problems now. Projects don't load properly, can't access "get more stickers" just get error message over and over. Customer Service Reps just say "did you clear your history and cache"? Yes.

"Then I will have the tech dept. look it over and get back to you in a day or so." Crickets. Books don't load correctly, random stickers/ribbons etc. will get "stuck" on a page and you have to close out and go back in to clear them.

Looks like they had losses in 2017 and were laying off staff so maybe that has something to do with it. Regardless, I will be using other photobooks now because I just do not need this frustration in what used to be a pleasant pastime.

I totally agree. Shutterfly is terrible lately. I can't wait to finish my latest book and try a different program.
