Shutterfly is migrating to a new platform, however, my photos are not! Each time I've reached out to Customer Service I've been told:
- It takes up to 24 hours
- Actually it can take up to 72 hours
- Oh, no, it can take up to 7 days
- You're at 7 days? You will need to wait 3 more days until we escalate to the engineering team. Call back then.
Customer Service was so rude and unhelpful -- pretty much told me too bad. I need the photos for a family event and requested that they escalate my request. Response: No. Need to wait so they can enter a ticket that can sit in a queue until some decides they are ready to get to it. They don't care. That much is clear.
