I never write complaints about companies, this is my first one, but my experience was SO bad, I felt the need to warn others. I placed an order for an 8x8 photo book on 11-12-16, and another on 11-13-16.
I was given a delivery date of 11-21 to 11-26. As of 12-8-16, neither item has even shipped yet. I inquired after November 26th had passed and I hadn't gotten any shipping notification, I was told there was a delay in shipping. Another week goes by, I CALL their"customer service", and am told a number of different things: 1) they need to reorder them for me, 2) they are ready, but there is a delay in shipping, 3) I can't even remember what other excuse they gave me I was so irritated by this point, was placed on long holds several times while they "checked" the order for me, and they would come back with all the exact same information I could see for myself on my computer.
Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. What a complete scam.
