I give up. - Shutterfly used to be a good company 10+ years ago.
Not any longer. The address labels I was sending to my mother was lost twice en route to her twice. The second attempt was supposedly expedited, but it still never arrived. LOL.
not really funny. After they said they could try a third time, I refused and asked for my money back. That was yesterday. - The Support phone attendant recommended that I contact UPS or the post office to see what the problem was!
- Are you kidding me? - It's my job now to help you locate my orange envelope? . .
. I'm not going to ever use this company again.
- been printing cards there since 2004. Very sad.
