I ordered a photo pillow for my grandmother for Mother's Day. I paid $30 to have the order expedited so that it would arrive in time for Mother's Day.

The evening that the order was supposed to be delivered, I checked the tracking to be sure the item arrived. There was a note from UPS that the item was not delivered because the address was not correct (this is not the case); the note also said they tried to contact the receiver to correct the address (also not true).

I contacted UPS who said since they do not deliver on Saturdays, the item would not arrive in time for Mother's Day. So I paid $30 for nothing.

And on top of that, I tried to contact Shutterfly to discuss the matter, and there is virtually no way to contact them. I am beyond disgusted and will be using every outlet available to me to express my utter disgust with both Shutterfly and UPS.
