I have been working with them for several months. When ordering prints, I highlight the newest upload and then send to 'order page'.

Somehow the order adds a previous upload from weeks ago which is NOT highlighted. Last order the tech hand-posted the upload I wanted into the order page. He understood the problem, but his was just a one-time correction. The techs have NOT corrected the issue.

I have some idea that sf is not motivated to printing photos anymore as they maybe get more profit from cutesy products. (for some reason 'more details' asks for at least 100 words.

Not sure why. So here I am filling in the request for 100 word which I did not need to explain the issue).

Product or Service Mentioned: Shutterfly Website.

Reason of review: glitch in website when ordering prints.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shutterfly Pros: Techs are good usually, Photo print quality.

Shutterfly Cons: But techs often do not fix problem, Cannot organize scanned photos, Ease of site use.
