I'm a designer, lucky enough to have access to many site layouts and how to use them. After creating a simple SF card as I've done every year for 5 years, I sent my order to SF for printing.
The order came with the SAME photo printed in all 3 boxes, not at all what I had created. I called Cust Svc. CLOSED. Tried to Chat.
CLOSED. only recourse is to email, and they don't respond for 24 hours. These were on a deadline. Ordered to arrive on time, but now useless.
Need a better option for Customer Service when you screw up. Sent proof to them with my complaint email.
