Whoever designed the new Shutterfly site should be fired! It is not user friendly. In fact, it is extremely frustrating. I have been a Kodak and Shutterfly customer for 16 years and have gone thru many changes with the sites. Usually I can navigate them just fine...

Completely agree! I'm so sad because I have 4 kids.

So far made 109 page "life" albums for the 1st 3 upon graduation all from shutterfly. Beautiful work if I do say so myself. Just opened shutterfly to start work on my next kid, and it looks like he'll be left out.

His book will be from another company and clearly different than the other 3. So annoyed!

Diappointed in new photobook design

I hate the new photo book platform. Terrible design. Bring back the old way of making books or I will be searching from a new place to make my books.

User's recommendation: Don't use shutterfly for photobooks unless platform is changed.

Problems with adding project to the cart.

Project is finished. Trying to proceed to the cart and waiting over 40 minutes while mu photos are trying to be uploaded. Still waiting

I placed a large order last night on calendars And they refused to except my gift card

I placed an order for 14 calendars, while going through the checkout I used a gift card which was accepted.I then was distracted by family issues and pushed a button that said save for later, meaning my transaction not the gift card. When I came back to go through the checkout they would not accept the gift card, and said it had been used, it was not. My Confirmation number is 005008****80-900-****

Disappointed

I have used Shutterfly for years and this was the first time Ive been disappointed. I ordered on September 23rd and paid express shipping and was supposed to get my item yesterday now they say delivery will not be till October 3rd it was a birthday gift for a special lady who just lost her son.

Shutterfly, what have you done? The recent changes are horrible. I've been a long term customer and made 60+ photo books over the years. The new design platform takes me twice as long to execute a design task. I don't want to hunt and peck for a repeating design...

Poor customer service

Cannot contact the company to cancel an order. Company just sends you to JustAnswer which I do not like as they have been charging me a monthly fee even though I canceled with them.

New format photobook editor

Unfortunately it seems that many of us returning to use Shutterfly after positive experiences have revisited to do new projects and been very disappointed. I too had great difficulty using text boxes, and customizing photo displays with options. I have always recommended Shutterfly to friends as one of the easiest to use and of great quality. I came to the reviews to see if the current difficulties were just me! However it is obvious that there are many who have found the new formats not user friendly. I did find customer service chat to be very helpful however. We can all hope that the company reads reviews and moves back to the excellent experience for photo book makers that they once were!

Return to the quality of the photo book maker that was previously there

Terrible new Book system

The new photo book system is beyond awful! If they discontinue the old system, Ill look elsewhere. We die t years learning how to make great books- and now- with no warning- poof- a new awful system is here! Go back j to the old system and just constantly improve it!!!

Sent wrong size garment for dog

Ordered thunder dog jacket Size XL. Company sent Size XS. There are NO instructions for return, BUT for $ 1.00 and my credit card no., the company will connsct me with a technician who will solve my problem. REALLY ! ! I reward them to remedy THEIR problem, AND I give my credit card info for whatever amount they may want to charge. Talk about a blank check ! ! No thanks...I have two degrees in Business, so I"m not stupid

Order not received

I got an email stating that something happened with the order. I feel that the company should have acted to either locate my order or reshoot it without me having to spend almost an hour on hold and trying to locate customer service.

I just want to make a birthday card.

I I chatted on line with Keisha about how to find the paradigm for a Birthday card 5x7 vertical folded upload your own design and when I tried to do it it says this item is temporarily out of stock. Then I used their phone line recited my business and they transferred me to another recording that said Shutterfly is closed that I should call back during business hours. I give up.
