I ordered a photo book based on the guidelines listed to get in time for Mothers Day. Just got a text stating it will be here the following day.
Customer Service stated they could only refund me the shipping.
I spent 75.00 for a gift that will not be here. I understand that delays happen but they should not provide dates if they are not guaranteed.

Ordered prints on 2/9/25 email stated use code FREEPRINTS I did, it said it was accepted but didn't get applied. I called customer service was told it was because I went through the website which is where my email took me.
I thought I was using the app on my phone but apparently not. The app on my phone is a problem and yes I have unloaded and reloaded but when it comes to using it after I put pictures in my cart it just keeps loading never allowing me to move to pay. So when I thought it had worked out and it charged me I called only to be told I can't get the FREEPRINTS because I didn't go through app but website. Service woman was no help, no compassion.
I use Shutterfly all the time but after this experience I will find another company to develop my precious pictures. Thanks for no help.

I am not sure what I paid an extra $8.99 shipping for; first of all the shipping is so very slow then the tracking would say it is out for delivery which never happens, then the next day it says it's out for deliver, never happens...
I will NEVER EVER shop here again!!!
This was a gift and it's frustrating to be jerked around like this... WHAT THE HECK WAS THE $8.99 for???
And the Prime member discount is a joke.

Order was not delivered till 5 days after date.
Late delivery. 2 of the four glass ornaments were broken.
I contacted customer service . I spent 2 hours on Friday and 3 hours on Saturday and they could not find my order.
They had no record of my order. I did not have the order # was the reason they gave.
I canceled my credit card for half the order.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was able to speak to a representative the same day and all was resolved!!
Once I was able to speak to a real person, all went well. The representative was very sweet and I told her that if the call was being monitored I would give her an A+. She was able to apply the code and all I will pay is the shipping for the five freebies.
Just submitted order of five freebies and there was no place to enter SWEET code therefore I was charged $121!! If I cant get freebies deal I will cancel the order.

The photos on my book I just ordered are messed up. I need to speak with someone for support.
I dont know why I received two duplicate Shutterfly books, but I did. Some of the photos were repeated some of the photos were not centered. Some of what I wrote beside the photos is not complete. I reviewed this book many times and it is not the one that I Received.

Ordered 250 photos but the dates did not arrive on the back of 250 photos. Thus I have to spend a day sorting through them to get them in order for presentation in my photo album.
Also, if you can make orders from a mobile phone, where comments such as print date on back, can be typed in, that would be so helpful since I am not always at my computer to send an order.

I could not find the answer to my problem of finding access to photos in previous projects, so I called customer service. I have used this option before and they are so nice, patient and eager to help.
She went through the steps with me until we found the photos and uploaded them to the new project. Thank you Shutterfly for helping us make beautiful gifts for Christmas!
