Whoever designed the new Shutterfly site should be fired! It is not user friendly. In fact, it is extremely frustrating. I have been a Kodak and Shutterfly customer for 16 years and have gone thru many changes with the sites. Usually I can navigate them just fine...

I agree with all. I've been a long time customer of Shutterfly and all the above ticks me off too.

If that's not enough, they advertise 50% off Store wide (no code necessary) so you can't put a code in and it doesn't automatically apply. SUCKS!!!

Hopefully get my project printed this year and WILL NOT BE BACK! What a joke they are!

The website keeps freezing up.I am trying to complete my free book since today is the deadline. I have been on this site since 6:00pm CTZ. Could I please have an extension on the free book? My wife is having the same problem making her book. Please allow us extra time. something popped up on my screen a bout one hour ago stating ya'll were having problems and to contact customer service.

Would not recommend | Shutterfly review from Pescara, Abruzzo

I paid extra for expedited shipping with a guaranteed arrival date. The items arrived over 48 hours late. As a result, I now have to pay Fedex to ship the items across the country. I would never have ordered from Shutterfly, let alone paid extra for expedited shipping, had I known this would happen. The "guaranteed shipping date" is not at all guaranteed.

On December 10th 2019 I ordered a calendar. After each page the preview looked great as I was designing it. When it arrived it was in a plastic wrap, so I didn't open it because it was a gift for my wife. When she opened it Christmas morning, not only did one of the pages have our heads chopped off but it is a 2019 calendar and not a 2020 calendar!!! Why would you send a 2019 calendar?? I have been trying to reach Shutterfly since the 26th of December and have failed to do so. I would like to speak to someone to resolve this issue. Thank you
