Shutterfly - Mobile app issue/ ridiculous shipping charges

Learned that the mobile app only prints photos with a matte finish. They are fuzzy and have a hazy look. Some with a yellow tint. Shipping charges are ridiculous! Negates getting “free” photos. Site is hard to navigate. Have used Shutterfly for years. Dissatisfied lately

I created a book on my iPad because their site was sooo slow on my computer. Not only was it slow but none of the menu edits could be seen. I tried again to change/edit on the computer but once I opened my book, there was nothing else I could do. No buttons appeared anywhere. I’m done with Shutterfly as it has become so frustrating and useless

Order was shipped to the wrong address, what i callled for 3 days to fix they couldnt help. I had been using them for 7 years now. I have a 200.00 charge with no product and they refuse to re sent it to me without paying another 70.00 for shipping. Bad cuatomer service, widh the spoke english and had a local office. To which they dont.

Received glass etched ornament for gift and it had tons of little scratches and they stick a code sticker right on the product that is a pain to remove and they don’t even bother to tie ribbon on, you DIY.
