I hate the new shutterfly site!

Whoever designed the new Shutterfly site should be fired! It is not user friendly. In fact, it is extremely frustrating. I have been a Kodak and Shutterfly customer for 16 years and have gone thru many changes with the sites. Usually I can navigate them just fine...

I hate the "new" Shutterfly photo editor! I have been a devoted customer since 2007 creating many, many wonderful books that capture family memories.

The new editor was introduced on February 7, 2022. There is NO flip page capability, cropping photos is difficult and sometimes impossible, editing text boxes has reduced customization, and there are a lot fewer page layouts. And that's just my first impression after trying to walk through the first three pages of a new book. Shutterfly introduced a new photo editor in early 2020.

That version was just as bad. I didn't make a book for 9 months. Eventually Shutterfly saw the light and re-introduced the old version. Hopefully Shutterfly will come to its senses again.

The changes have absolutely sucked the creativity and customization and fun out of the process. Shame on you Shutterfly.

I spoke to a representative who sounded like he understood and was in agreement with me. My photo book was blurry and pictures were on the crease blocking faces. He said my jpegs were perfectly clear bc so it happened during uploading. I was supposed to receive a new email to redo the book. I never heard back nor got an email! Please let me know how to fix this.

The new photobokk editor

The new editor is a total disaster, I have made many many books over the years and been very happy with the process. This new editor is totally worthless and a great frustration, objects moved jump back (or sometimes not), I cannot see more than a few colors used in the project and have go back over all the colors to find the one I had used on another page. No end to my frustration! So much more but cannot write more.

Extremely upset-Father's Day photobook not delivered & returning to sender now

My photo book order was due to arrive tuesday 6/14, then pushed back to yesterday 6/16 by 7pm...it was never received. I checked tracking and it said due to incorrect address it was now on its way back to sender in Texas!!! The address given IS correct and I'm extremely upset as this was a special Father's Day gift for my 90yr old Dad. Please find this order and send overnight to me at the original address given so that I get it for Father's Day! Thank you, Kathy Kops

Can’t complete my book

So disappointed. I have made so many books through Shutterfly in the past and now I am really struggling. I. Ready to give up. Im using a laptop just like I did before. Im having trouble moving pictures around and uploading new ones. WHY DID YOU CHANGE THINGS!!!

Ordering is hard and complicated

I tried to order the dollar magnets from my site and it was very hard to do and complicated it seemed you had to do it 1 by 1 and it took me over an hour and the chat did not help me so I am not going to order because it's not user friendly friendly you guys really need to make it easier for people to order

Live Representative

Unable to get in touch with a live representative. Only able to get in touch with chat virtual assistant which hangs up on me before it tells me how to get in touch with a live representative. Would not recommend Shutterfly to anyone under any circumstances. In addition its ridiculous that I have to write 100 symbols in order to contact you. And I still am not able to get in touch with a live assistant through your telephone numbers. I would like a refund for my Groupon

Trouble with Shutterfly page

Poor Customer Service & Poor Quality Photos

My recent Photo Book had the worst quality pictures I have ever seen and customer service didn't offer any assistance with my concern. I promptly closed our account and will never do business with Shutterfly again.

Extremely poor quality! I will never order from Shutterfly again! I paid for a mouse pad and shipping and ended up with my dogs face and body cut off on a mouse pad and have a picture of his legs only. Apparently, they dont even look at what they print!!!

User's recommendation: Do not use Shutterfly… they are horrible.
