I am also done with Shutterfly! I spent a gazillion hours creating my 2016 (yes I know I am behind) family album!

I reviewed it several times and made sure it was good before I placed the order! When I got my album yesterday 3 pages have text that is too dark to read on the pages! I understand that I used a slightly dark color on a darker background! BUT I could see the text fine on my computer while reviewing the book!

It should print the same shouldn't it? Also I could not delete two blank pages in my book for the life of me! I ended up having to put a random photo on those two pages just so I could complete the book and order it. I emailed customer service and they said they would give me 50% off list price to help me out.

How does that help me? I used a 50% off coupon when I placed my order.

Shutterfly used to be so customer service oriented and would go to great lengths to make things right with customers. Not any more and now you have lost a good customer!
