Shutterfly - Delivery Service Review from Godfrey, Illinois
I ordered a photobook from Shutterfly and paid $31.99 for expedited service. The website and receipt guaranteed arrival by a specific date. I had been checking their website daily including today when it was supposed to arrive and it continued saying "in production".
When it did not arrive today I called customer service. He was unhelpful and rude. He questioned whether I had a copy of the receipt which said "guaranteed arrival by ... date"
I did.
Then the man said I could refuse delivery when it arrived.
No apology no attempt to rectify the situation.
The manager was no better. In the end he refunded the $31.99 expedited delivery fee and questioned why I was dis satisfied with them. I haven't received the books yet and haven't received the refund back. We'll see how that goes. I do not plan to use them again.
