Very difficult to reach chat and the email contact page will not work. I do not like the new site, the classic worked so much better.

SHUTTERFLY I HATE YOUR NEW SITE. I can't find my old albums or folders, I can't do work on a slower computer or slow connection, I can't find anything.

The new site is a disaster as far as I am concerned. I just searched for old photos for 45 minutes, I can't find them. The new site is irresponsible, I can't even send an email from it to complain, the email will not send. Shutterfly has lost my old albums and folders, I had so many, well organized, that organization is nowhere to be found; I lost work from when it was Photoworks.

I trusted my cherished photos to this site, they are gone. Shutterfly has a lot to answer for.

Product or Service Mentioned: Shutterfly Website.

Reason of review: loss of old albums and folders.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Give me back my old folders and albums.

I liked: How to build a photo book, Photobooks.

I didn't like: Site organization, Finding photos, Storage of old photos, Ease of site use.
