Spent 3 hours on the phone last night with "Customer Service". Spoke to Belize, S. Carolina, MN, a Carribean Island. Barely managed to have shipping refunded. Total of 8 people. Each told me a different story.
Now telling everyone I know to use another company for holiday orders.
Will dispute charges with credit card company.
Never, never, never use this company.
