Made a detailed photo book for my parents' 50th anniversary.

As added ins.,paid the upcharge to guarantee it arrived for their party.

Nope. No book at all, b/c they didn't ship it as guaranteed.

Spent 3 hours on the phone last night with "Customer Service". Spoke to Belize, S. Carolina, MN, a Carribean Island. Barely managed to have shipping refunded. Total of 8 people. Each told me a different story.

Now telling everyone I know to use another company for holiday orders.

Will dispute charges with credit card company.

Never, never, never use this company.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $130. This person is overall dissatisfied with Shutterfly. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
