Made a detailed photo book for my parents' 50th anniversary.

As added ins.,paid the upcharge to guarantee it arrived for their party.

Nope. No book at all, b/c they didn't ship it as guaranteed.

Spent 3 hours on the phone last night with "Customer Service". Spoke to Belize, S. Carolina, MN, a Carribean Island. Barely managed to have shipping refunded. Total of 8 people. Each told me a different story.

Now telling everyone I know to use another company for holiday orders.

Will dispute charges with credit card company.

Never, never, never use this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Shutterfly Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
