Horrible! Used them for baby shower invitations.
After 5- 6 failed attempts to get the invitations shipped, they finally shipped two weeks late. They gave us a credit to use at a later date to make up for all the trouble. Tried to use the credit for Christmas cards and paid $40 extra for express shipping. Without notice, they shipped the order ground so that they arrive a couple of days before Christmas (no way we'll be sending cards to arrive before Christmas as planned for this year).
At least we've used our credit up so we can finally be done with these people.
Nightmare from start to finish! Avoid like the plague unless time is no object and you don't care when you actually receive your cards or invites.
