Ordered a 16oz personalized mug and received the wrong size, plus missing type! Re-ordered again - correct size received; but color off and still missing type.
Finally received third try type added; but washed out. Also ordered two personalized beer steins with photos & received two steins with totally washed out photographs, one was scratched and both did not look or match anything like the finished previews. Total bill for these two items $38.00. Shutterfly said they would only pay $30.00 credit and I would have to pay the shipping to send the steins back!!
All this in a one month period.
They were always the go to place at this time of year; not any more!! I understand that they have a new CEO - is this why their customer service, quality control and !00% custom satisfaction has gone down the tubes!!
