Worst experience ever. I ordered a book and paid for expedited service for delivery on 15th November.
Todate (18th), the status is still reading "in production", despite 4 prior calls the previous week and emails. Customer service promises coupons and promos and next one receives a feedback survey, maybe to give good feedback to whoever offered a promo. Shutterfly is a scam. It is the second time experiencing this, and being given the same excuse that the book had to be re-printed.
My first order was almost $300.
The second was about $55 and the third $57. They have definitely lost a client and many more ahead.
