Where to even start? The direct mail process is extremely confusing and not user-friendly.
If you manage to figure out how to make it work, Shutterfly's mailing and delivery process is slow and does not adhere to the delivery window specified in the order information (don't count on timely delivery). We made the mistake of ordering baby shower invitations through Shutterfly via direct mail over three weeks ago. We're now less than a month out from the shower and no one has received their invitations despite the estimated delivery date being almost a week ago.
When I called customer service they refused to explain, took no responsibility for the delay, and couldn't tell me when the invitations would be delivered. Horrible experience all around!
