Not resolved

Place an order on 12/07 and paid for "Guaranteed expedited shipping" to arrive on 12/14. Never received shipping notification/tracking info so contacted Customer Service via email and was told the order was "lost" so they would resubmit once I confirmed my address.

I confirmed my address. It's 12/18 (11 days after order) and not only do I not have the cards, they are now telling me they can resubmit the order NOW and waive shipping. Waited on phone for 32 minutes to speak to a human.

Am now (still on hold) waiting to speak to a Supervisor. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional Customer Service experiences in attempting to resolve the matter.

Reason of review: All of the above.

Shutterfly Cons: Lousy customer service, Did not deliver product as ordered, Guaranteed claim is a lie.
