I'm actually not a disgruntled customer. I'm just an honest guy trying to give some feedback to Shutterfly.

I wasn't calling with a complaint or demanding a refund or anything. I just wanted some guidance on using platform, seeing if it could accommodate a custom order, and if it could get done by Christmas. I have never had a worse experience with customer service than with this team! No one knew any answers.

it seemed like no one I spoke to had even used the platform before. It was weird. As if they didn't even work for Shutterfly, but were some contracted call center. I just wanted to speak to someone on the design team for a quick consultation, but apparently that doesn't exist?

They wouldn't even quote me a lead time for production/turnaround. Shutterfly, you need to fix this.

In a customer-oriented business world, this will surely be your downfall if not improved. Competition on the up and up my mans.
