Shutterfly - Worst customer service by upper management ever
Ordered iPhone 6 cases 2x and both times it didn't fit.Was on hold for an hour and 8min to hear a supervisor tell me they can't refund my money until they get the cases back which.
i provided a tracking number and they said i was responsible for shipping both times. Well a month later i still don't have my refund. I've spent over 1000 dollars with them in 2014 and they treated me like i was trying to fraud them. I called back to ask about my refund after a month and was told its being processed that was 2 weeks ago and still no refund .
DO NOT USE SHUTTERFLY !!!!!!!!They are terrible in fixing problems.
