Shutterfly - Worst Customer Service Ever
Wanted a 12 x 12 photo book.First book had a flaw.
No problem they said they would order me a new one that I was giving to my parents as a gift. Never came as promised!!! 4 days late!!! Pages falling, stuck together.
Nobody would call me back. No supervisors available. Tried to get a phone number of someone in charge--no accountable. Would not give me an email address for the CEO of the company.
Called back a dozen times to resolved.
Still not handled.NO ONE WILL CALL YOU OR GIVE A PHONE NUMBER -- just the general number.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with ease of use and stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of shutterfly photo book and associated monetary loss in the amount of $500. Shutterfly needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
